We will never knowingly disappoint you. If for any reason your purchase does not give you complete satisfaction, please give us the chance to make it right.
Price Matching Policy
We’re committed to providing the highest quality products at the best prices. Leo & Lucky’s will gladly match regular and sale prices found at local and national competing pet retailers as well as online pet-specific websites for an identical item (with ad or receipt dated within 30 days). We do not price match third-party sites (such as Amazon or eBay, for example). Many manufacturers do not consider them to be an Authorized Retailer and share concerns with controlling the authenticity, freshness and safety of the products they distribute from third-party sellers.
Low Price Guarantee
We do our very best to offer you, our customer, competitive pricing every day. If you should find an advertised price, or coupon, for savings on an identical in-stock item from a local retail pet store competitor, we’ll honor the competitor’s promotional price.
All advertisements or coupons must have an expiration date and be presented at time of purchase within the valid date. Must be for product sold at Leo & Lucky’s. Coupons stating “Not valid with any other discount or offer” will not be valid with sale priced items. Competitor’s closeout, special order, discontinued, clearance, liquidation and damaged items are excluded. On “percentage (%) off” promotions Leo & Lucky’s may elect to honor what the competitor’s final price would be after the discount. May be limited to reasonable quantities. Leo & Lucky’s will not accept coupons that have been copied or altered. Leo & Lucky’s reserves the right to accept or refuse coupons at its own discretion, or terminate this program, without notice.
We have a satisfaction guarantee on most items that we carry. Refunds or exchanges will gladly be honored within 30 days of original purchase. Electrical items are limited to 14 days from the transaction date.
The following conditions apply:
- Must have complete original packaging.
- Must be in re-saleable condition.
- Must have valid purchase receipt (or have your transaction recorded in our point of sale system).
- Returns will be credited same as original form of payment. If card is not present, store credit will be issued.
No returns or exchanges will be granted on special order items.
Used items with a warranty claim will be exchanged or referred, as per the manufacturer’s warranty provisions.
All sale and discount products are final – no return, refund, or exchange.
Due to their delicate nature, plush pet toys are not covered by our guarantee.
