Every decision we make when expanding our offerings or making changes to the store is done with our customers’ convenience in mind. We know everyone is looking for ways to save time, but many still desire the quality, vetted pet supplies and the personal touch that shopping local provides. That’s why we have made some major updates to Leo&Lucky’s in the recent past as part of our commitment to our 3Cs: Cost, Convenience, and Community.
Our new local delivery service (available at select locations) gives our customers more choices in how to receive their pet supplies. We love to see your smiling face, but if you prefer, feel free to call your local store and place an order over the phone to receive your items same-day to your doorstep. We are currently working on a new e-commerce system to let our customers order online, as well. Customers will be able to easily switch between purchasing or pick-up methods to ensure the most convenient experience. All purchasing methods at Leo&Lucky’s receive Lucky2BLoyal points toward coupons and other special perks!
Delivery is a service we wish to provide our customers free of charge. If your order is above $49, and you are in our zone, delivery is absolutely free (orders under $49 incur a nominal delivery fee of $4.95.) We don’t mark up items, or charge convenience fees for delivery, and our drivers are not permitted to accept gratuity. FREE means FREE at Leo&Lucky’s!
At The Spa at Leo&Lucky’s Grooming room, we offer a wide range of appointment times and work with our clients to offer flexible drop-off and pick-up availability. Our free Preferred Client Program guarantees you will always have the appointment you need, when you need it. Select the date and time to conform to your busy schedule – we will even call to remind you. Preferred Clients are offered product samples, monthly drawings for free products or services, and other occasional treats. Ask about becoming a Preferred Client at your next grooming appointment!
Want to do it yourself? Check out our new self-serve pet wash! Leo&Lucky’s pet store is proud to offer do-it-yourself pet washing. Self-serve pet washes are the best way to bathe your furry friends yourself without the hassle of bending and kneeling, soaking yourself or flooding your bathroom! Our bathing system makes bathing faster and easier than ever before, while providing your pets with a soothing massage that keeps them calm and relaxed throughout their bath.
